Glossary of TEFL Acronyms

TENAR - Teaching English for No Apparent Reason: Not an official acronym, this is a derisive term coined to describe the kind of required language courses that seem to exist merely to fulfill university graduation requirements, generally populated by students who'd rather not be there.
